What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, contact us as soon as possible, and we will begin the claims process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the specific shipper’s insurance policy. Please note that our insurance coverage ceases after the point of delivery so if it is lost, stolen, or damaged after the shipper logs it as delivered, it will not be covered by our policy.
