A “presale” item is not currently in our vault. This is generally because the item is brand new or delayed from our distributor. In these cases, the expected ship date will be displayed on the product page. Please note: if a presale item is ordered along with other in-stock items, the entire order will be delayed until the presale item is ready to ship. If you wish them to ship separately, place them on two orders.
We buy the vast majority of our products directly from the mints and other reputable distributors. We also inspect all products we receive for authenticity and condition upon arrival at our vault. Additionally, we are members of PCGS and NGC (independent grading services) and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.
We do not report the majority of precious metals purchases to the government. That being said, we do have an obligation to file Form 8300 in the instance of cash payments over $10,000. Please note: cash includes cashiers checks and money orders with a face value of $10,000 or less, together totaling more than $10,000 combined.
