The reverse features a Komodo Dragon in its native habitat, tasting the air and flexing its incredibly sharp claws. Inscription is "KOMODO DRAGON." The obverse features a right-facing effigy of the late Queen Elizabeth II. The Seal of Tokelau is displayed at the bottom. Inscriptions are "ELIZABETTH II . TOKELAU . 2022 . 1 OZ 999 SILVER . TWO DOLLARS." A criss-cross pattern encircles the rim.
