And this 2015 Silver 1 oz Canada Hawk (Birds of Prey) design is certainly an exquisite example!
The obverse of the coin features the right-facing portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Susanna Blunt. The reverse displays an intricately designed red-tailed hawk in full flight. Its wings spread full, as are its tail feathers. The hawk's razor-sharp beak is open wide, as though about to announce its presence. The bird's talons are extended and ready to grasp its prey. This is a closeup view of a fierce bird of prey in full action, yet beautiful in the fineness of its detail. This 2015 Silver 1 oz Canada Hawk (Birds of Prey) .9999 fine silver bullion coin will certainly grace your growing collection.

The Birds of Prey 4-coin series released with two coins in 2014, and the final two in 2015. The series was received with much praise for the consistent quality of designs presented. This was a nice addition to the overall Canadian Wildlife theme, which the mint continues to promote to their global audience. Both precious metals investors and fine bullion coin collectors continue to value highly their investments in Canadian wildlife-themed series.
