BOLD Precious Metals offers FREE US Domestic standard shipping on orders totaling $199 or more (Welcome Packs and Merch items do not count towards the free shipping minimum). Orders less than $199 incur a low flat rate of $8.95. Customers can select the option for Expedited Shipping (additional $5.95) at checkout.
Please Note: All orders $750+ will be shipped Signature Required at no additional charge. For orders less than $750, we do offer the option to add Signature Confirmation to your order at checkout for only $3.95. We recommend this option to protect yourself against loss or theft of the package after delivery. USPS requires that someone over 21 years of age will need to be available to sign for the package.
Our standard checkout only supports shipment within the US. However, if you are interested in shipping to an international destination, please contact BOLD support to discuss available options.
When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Our labels, return address, and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
When you place an order at BOLD Precious Metals, you can track your orders progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email notification of shipment including your tracking number
You can then follow along either in your My Account area at www.boldpreciousmetals.com, or by clicking on the tracking link in the email. Our customers are fully informed of the location of their order at all times between the package being picked up at our facility by the carrier and final delivery.
To ensure complete customer confidence, every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price or BOLD will send you replacement items at our discretion. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases.
