The reverse design depicts an iconic Australian Outback scene, featuring an adult kangaroo in the foreground, with a joey in the background. The scene is framed by a native grass tree, extending from the rim on each side. Both the adult and joey are gilded in 24-carat gold, adding the perfect touch to the overall design. Inscriptions encircling the top rim include, "AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO", and "2020 1oz 9999 SILVER" at the bottom. The Perth Mint "P" mintmark is displayed at the bottom left rim.
