Magnificent Hunter

As a legal tender release by Australia, the obverse displays 6th generation effigy of Queen Elizabeth II to be displayed on Australian coins, produced by Jody Clark. Inscriptions within the wide rim-band include "ELIZABETH II . AUSTRALIA . 1 DOLLAR."

The reverse features a large, close-up view of a Wedged-Tailed Eagle, the largest bird of prey found in Australia. The eagle is descending with his deadly talons fully extended and thrust forward. His piercing eyes are focused upon his prey below. The eagle is positioned descending from the upper left rim and almost filling the entire field with its powerful wings spread wide. Within the narrow rim-band are included the inscriptions "AUSTRALIAN WEDGED-TAILED EAGLE . 2020 1 oz 9999 SILVER"
