This incredible 2021 Tuvalu 1oz Silver Marvel Wolverine BU coin seeks to reveal something of the powerful rage that is now directed to fight evil forces. Born in Canada in 1832, James Howlett was later found to be a mutant, demonstrating superhuman strength and greatly enhanced senses. These highly unusual powers began to surface during a burst of rage. He was finally cast out by his mother as a dangerous freak of nature. The most notable of his physical mutations were the three long, razor-sharp, boney claws embedded in both hands, which he could extend and retract at will. These, coupled with his strength, incredible speed and endurance, began to be displayed in brutal outbursts of rage.

As we also later learned, his mutant powers included his ability to heal himself of any injury almost immediately. Being essentially indestructible, his exploits throughout the following decades abruptly changed when he was discovered by Stryker. James (now "Logan") agrees to further enhancement of his powers by the introduction of adamantium that made his skeleton virtually indestructible, which also included his boney claws. Eventually, Logan was discovered by Professor Xavier, who introduces him to the X-Men as Wolverine.
