Street Fighter - Ryu

Ryu was introduced 34 years ago when Capcom premiered the first edition of Street Fighter in 1987. Ryu has since continued as the lead character on the game.

As a legal tender offering of the Pacific Island country of Tuvalu, the obverse portrays the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Inscriptions include: "QUEEN ELIZABETH II . TUVALU . 1oz 999 Ag . 1 DOLLAR ."

The reverse of this 2022 Tuvalu Street Fighter colored coin features Ryu in an excellent fighting stance, ready to perform his classic hadouken!
