Lovely and Graceful

As a legal tender offering of Australia, the obverse displays the 6th generation effigy of Queen Elizabeth II to be displayed on Australian coins. The new portrait is based on that designed by Jody Clark of the Royal Mint for 2016. It is distinctively different, however, in that it displays the Queen's shoulders and full neckline. This is a very lovely and graceful pose. The band at the rim has the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA" at the top, and "10 DOLLAR" at the bottom.

The reverse of this 2022 10 oz Australia Silver Kookaburra BU coin portrays a kookaburra perched on an ornamental bird bath among Agapanthus, flowering plants regularly seen in Australian gardens. Inscriptions: "AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA" at the top rim, and "2022 10 OZ 9999 SILVER." The Perth P mintmark is within the lower right rimband.
