The reverse of the 1 oz Sunshine Mint Buffalo Silver Round features the side profile of the American buffalo, also known as Bison. This design is inspired by the Black Diamond buffalo from the Central Park Zoo. In the center above the buffalo is

the circle with Sunshine Mint’s mark with SI technology. Above the buffalo is the purity and weight imprinted as “1 TROY oz 999 FINE SILVER.”
