"The second coin in this magnificent series represents Truth, the principle of being and acting truthfully. The allegorical personification of Truth is depicted as a glad-winged figure, holding a mirror in her right arm, symbolic of self-truth. Between her stands a child bearing a palm-branch, whom she comforts demonstrating the role of us all to protect the innocent.

Inspired by the six virtues found on the Victoria Memorial situated outside Buckingham Palace, our second design in the series features a detailed depiction of the allegorical figure Truth, surrounded by the text, VINCIT OMNIA VERITAS (Truth Conquers All)."

The obverse displays the distinctive, right-facing effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II filling the center field. The portrait was designed Jody Clark. Inscriptions encircling the rim include, "QUEEN ELIZABETH II . ST. HELENA . ONE POUND . 2021."

The reverse design features a faithful depiction of the Truth Conquers All statue of the Victoria Memorial. Inscriptions at the left rimband include, "VINCIT . OMNIA . VERITAS." At the lower right rim is displayed the historic East India Company hallmark.
