This 2021 1oz Samoa Seahorse Silver Antique finish edition features a stunningly different presentation. The antiqued finish creates a truly distinctive overall feel to the design, providing shadow and highlighting effects. Produced also in BU, we have a choice of fine finishes!
As a legal tender offering of Samoa, the obverse beautifully displays the Samoan crest filling nearly the entire field. The rim is tightly encircled by a distinctive beaded band. The inscriptions include "SAMOA . 2021" at the top rim. To the left is, "1 TROY OUNCE," and to the right is "999 FINE SILVER." the denomination of 2 TALA rests at the bottom rim.
With some of the finest detail imaginable, the reverse of this 2021 1 oz Silver Samoa Seahorse BU coin displays a single seahorse in its natural environment– drifting peacefully amongst outcroppings of coral in the balmy waters of the South Pacific.
The background displays highly-stylized patterns depicting the ocean around the seahorse. A tropical island-inspired border encloses the scene and contains the inscriptions: "SEAHORSE" and "2021."
