This fifth release captures a surfer underwater after ending another exciting ride on the waves of the Caribbean surrounding St. Kitts and Nevis. The agitated ocean is above her while aquatic plants point skyward below her.

• Reverse: Features a surfer underwater and attempting to resurface. Her striped bathing suit and her surfboard are colored light blue and purple. Inscriptions are "St. Kitts & Nevis" and "2022."



Refreshing Coastal Breezes

The very attractive obverse will be common to all eight EC8 2022 releases. The inset features the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Distinctive laurels of evergreen shrubs frame the portrait on either side, nearly filling the center inset. A narrow band encircles the rim, which includes the inscriptions, "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL BANK" at the top, and "1 oz .999 SILVER . QUEEN ELIZABETH II . TWO DOLLARS" at the bottom rim.




The reverse features a finely detailed surfer attempting to resurface after riding a wave in the Caribbean Sea that surrounds St. Kitts and Nevis. Her striped bathing suit fades from light blue into a purple/magenta color. Her surfboard is colored and designed with the same transition of light blue to purple/magenta. The agitated ocean is above her while aquatic plants are beneath her. Inscriptions are "St. Kitts & Nevis" and "2022."




Each coin comes packaged in a special edition gift box and display case with a Certificate of Authenticity.
